The C++ runtime system (see Figure 4, item 3) includes a memory management subsystem in every C++ program. It allocates memory for automatic variables on the stack and dynamic variables, created with the new operator, on the heap. When the program deallocates memory, the memory management system returns it to its origin - the stack or heap.
I think the Camera is poorly optimized in general, it brings my phone down to its knees whenever I use it and keeps lagging, other than that the ram management seems OK for me. Same here dude, I've only tried 4k though. It's badly optimized tbh. I've got a snapdragon s21 ultra and the camera app struggles.
The memory might not have been seated correctly, or you have a bad or dirty memory socket. The first thing to try? Re-installing it. A video illustrating the process is here, but an important detail to note is that desktops require about 30 pounds of pressue for a memory module to fully seat.

On a Windows PC, you can do this using Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Escape, or by right-clicking the Start button and selecting "Task Manager" from the menu. When MemTest86 detects errors during the memory tests, the memory address, actual and expected data are reported to the user. The memory address is the location in system memory where the data contained does not match what was expected. This is the address that is specified by the CPU to the memory controller when requesting data from DRAM.

Saving too many cache files, however, eventually has an impact on RAM performance and slows down the system overall. To delete cache files and speed up your Mac: In Finder, select Go Go to Folder….
